Samo jedan plod sadr\u017ei preko dvadeset razli\u010ditih vitamina i minerala, vitamin C, A, E, fona kiselina, kalijum, magnezijum i kalcijum. Smatra se visokokalori\u010dnim vo\u0107em jer sadr\u017ei dosta biljnih masti (15g\/100g), ali to su masti koje spadaju u \u201edobre masti\u201c pa su zbog toga one korisne za zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p>Avokado pozitivno uti\u010de na krvne sudove i poma\u017ee u spre\u010davanju sr\u010danih oboljenja i smanjuje nivo holesterola u organizmu. Poma\u017ee u borbi protiv raka, smanjuje rizik za pojavu raka prostate i grudi. Na kraju dodati izgnje\u010den beli luk. \u010cuvati u staklenoj tegli u fri\u017eideru. Mazati na hleb i posuti susamovom solju ili samo mlevenim susamom. Iseckati luk. Izme\u0161ati sve sastojke i mleti ih u mikseru dok masa ne postane glatka. Dr\u017eati premaz u staklenoj tegli u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: larger;\"><strong>Na\u010din 3:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 1 avokado<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 pe\u010dene crvene paprike<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 \u010den belog luka<br \/>\n&#8211; prstohvat soli<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd kafene ka\u0161i\u010dice maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>:<br \/>\nOlju\u0161titi paprike.
