Ostavite testo pokriveno, na toplom mestu, u \u010diniji sa blago nauljenim dnom, oko 12 sati. Nakon 12 sati, testo \u0107e ve\u0107 samo narasti na prirodan na\u010din, bez kvasca, i dobiti lep i prijatan, kiselkast ukus. Preru\u010dite testo iz posude u kojoj je stajalo, na vreli, blago nauljeni pleh i razvucite da bude kao debela poga\u010da (pazite da se ne ope\u010dete na pleh).
