Pome\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, le\u0161nike, pahuljice, roga\u010d, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i so. Dolijte 1 \u0161olju (ili malo manje) mlake filtrirane ili izvorske vode. Mesite testo u posudi, nekoliko minuta. Testo treba da bude mekano, ali da ne bude previ\u0161e lepljivo. Ostavite testo da odstoji 20-30 minuta. Podelite testo na pola, pa opet na pola jo\u0161 dva puta, tako da dobijete 8 delova. Oblikujte kugle i spolj\u0161tite ih dlanovima u \u201epoga\u010dice\u201d. Popravite oblik, da kola\u010di\u0107i budu pravilno okrugli. Pore\u0111ajte na pleh sa peki papirom i pecite oko 20 \u2013 30 minuta. Izvadite kola\u010di\u0107e iz pleha i kad se malo prohlade, zatvorite ih u neku posudu, da se potpare i da im korica malo omek\u0161a. Presecite odgovaraju\u0107im no\u017eem svaki kola\u010di\u0107 na pola. Na donje polovine stavite ka\u0161i\u010dicu-dve vru\u0107eg vegan \u010dokoladnog krema, pa poklopite i pritisnite pa\u017eljivo, da fil do\u0111e do ivica kola\u010di\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci za krem:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 \u0161olja pe\u010denog le\u0161nika <br \/>\n&#8211; 1 \u0161olja je\u010dmenog slada <br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 &#8211; 1 \u0161olja roga\u010da u prahu<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 \u0161ipke vanile (nije obavezno) <br \/>\n&#8211; po potrebi: malo organskog sojinog mleka ili vode<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je\u010dmeni slad, u teglici, stavite u posudu sa vru\u0107om vodom, da se malo rastopi i postane te\u010dniji. Za to vreme, pe\u010dene le\u0161nike o\u010distite od ljuskica koliko god mo\u017eete, trljaju\u0107i ih izme\u0111u dlanova. Le\u0161nike sameljite \u0161to sitnije &#8211; na ma\u0161ini za mlevenje oraha, u blenderu ili najbolje &#8211; u elektri\u010dnom mlinu za kafu (ovako se dobija najfiniji prah).<\/p>\n<p>Je\u010dmeni slad sada prespite u \u0161erpicu za kuvanje kremova. Zagrejte je\u010dmeni slad tako da postane skroz te\u010dan, kao neki sirup. U je\u010dmeni slad ume\u0161ajte mlevene le\u0161nike, a zatim i roga\u010d (koliko \u0107ete roga\u010da dodati, zavisi od toga koliko \u201cjaku\u201d \u010dokoladu volite).<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0161ajte sve sna\u017eno, da se sjedini u fini krem.
