Pitomi kesten mo\u017eete jesti i samo pe\u010den, ali ovaj ri\u017eoto je pravi zimski specijalitet. <br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPriprema:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>4 porcije<\/em><\/p>\n<p>150 g pitomog kestena<br \/>\nso<br \/>\n3 gran\u010dica ruzmarina<br \/>\n1 litar vode (povr\u0107ni bujon)<br \/>\npaprika (crvena)<br \/>\n1\/2 crnog luka<br \/>\nmaslinovo ulje<br \/>\n1 \u010den belog luka<br \/>\n200 grama integralnog pirin\u010da<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika kokosovog ulja (opciono)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. <\/strong>Zasecite ljusku kestena i ispecite ih u rerni na 180\u00b0C, pecite ih zajedno sa ruzmarinom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. <\/strong>U tiganju zagrejte vodu sa povr\u0107em, paprikom, soli i nekoliko listi\u0107a ruzmarina, dok ne proklju\u010da.
