Patlid\u017ean dobro operite i poprskajte sa malo maslinovog ulja (otprilike par kapi po komadu) i pecite ih u rerni (cele!) oko 20ak minuta. Izvadite ih iz rerne i isecite na 2 polovine. Izdubite sve 4 polovine ka\u0161ikom \u2013 posle 20 minuta u rerni, mnog lak\u0161e \u0107ete ih izdubiti (polovinu toga \u0161to vam je ostalo \u0107ete koristit pri pripremi ovog recepta a drugu polovinu mo\u017eete iskoristiti za neki drugi recept slede\u0107i dan). Vratite polovine patlid\u017eana u rernu, smanjenu na 180 stepeni, jo\u0161 15ak minuta. Za tih 15ak minuta, napravite salsu tako \u0161to \u0107ete iseckajti paradajz i su\u0161eni paradajz na sitne komadi\u0107e, i iseckajti i beli luk i bosiljak. Pome\u0161ajte sa sitno seckanim ostatkom od patlid\u017eana \u0161to ste prethodno izdubili i dodajte skoro ceo sok od limuna, maslinovo ulje i so (ostavite ka\u0161iku soka od limuna). Izvadite patlid\u017ean iz rerne i ostavite da se ohladi 5 min. Poprskajte dno \u2018\u010dam\u010di\u0107a\u2019 ostatkom limunovog soka i napunite salsom.
