{"id":7651,"date":"2014-06-15T02:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-06-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centarzaprirodnumedicinu.com\/sirov-kolac-od-malina\/"},"modified":"2022-02-25T12:37:56","modified_gmt":"2022-02-25T11:37:56","slug":"sirov-kolac-od-malina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centarzaprirodnumedicinu.com\/test\/ziveti-u-skladu-sa-prirodom\/recepti-zdrave-hrane\/sirov-kolac-od-malina\/","title":{"rendered":"Sirov kola\u010d od malina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ako nemate maline ili niste ljubitelji malina, mo\u017eete ih lako zameniti sa drugim vo\u0107em, poput jagoda ili borovnica. <\/strong><strong><\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/strong><strong><\/p>\n<p>Baza:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 \u0161oljica badema;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 \u0161oljice bra\u0161na od kokosa;<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 sve\u017eih urmi, seckanih;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 ka\u0161ike kokosovog ulja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fil od malina:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 150g sve\u017eih malina (ili nekog drugog bobi\u010dastog vo\u0107a, kao \u0161to su borovnice ili jagode);<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 ka\u0161ike agava sirupa ili med;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ka\u0161ika kokosovo ulje;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ka\u0161i\u010dice sve\u017eeg soka od limuna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glazura:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 \u0161oljice oraha;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 \u0161oljice kokos bra\u0161na;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ka\u0161i\u010dice kokosovog ulja;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica sve\u017eeg soka od limuna;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 ka\u0161i\u010dice kore od limuna;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ka\u0161ika kokos \u010dipsa iseckanog.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prvo sameljite bademe do bra\u0161na nakon toga dodavati ostale sastojke. Sastojke miksati u mulitipraktiku ili seckalici. Kada smesu pritisnete rukama, a ona je lepljiva i dr\u017ei se zajedno onda je savr\u0161ena. Probajte i slobodno dodajte jo\u0161 1 ka\u0161iku vi\u0161e meda ili malo stevije ako volite sla\u0111e. Izvadite posudu iz zamrziva\u010da i jednakomerno rasporediti smesu od malina preko baze. Vratite nazad u zamrziva\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte orahe, kokos, kokosovo ulje, limunov sok, i koricu limuna u multipraktik i miksati ali, ostavljaju\u0107i smesu malo zrnasto. Izvadite posudu iz zamrziva\u010da i prstima posuti glazuru ravnomerno preko nadeva od malina. Posuti sa preostalom ka\u0161ikom kokosa i lagano pritisnite preko preliva od malina (laganim dodirom). Vratite posudu u zamrziva\u010d i ostavite kola\u010d da se stvrdne najmanje 2 sata.<\/p>\n<p>Izvadite posudu iz zamrziva\u010da i pustite da odstoji na sobnoj temperaturi najmanje 5-10 minuta. Izvadite iz kalupa kola\u010d povla\u010denjem pvc folije.
